Slip Slip Purl (SSP)

Slip slip purl will mostly happen on the purl side of your work. It decreases 1 stitch and looks like it’s leaning to the left.

Step 1: Slip the next 2 stitches knitwise to the right-hand (RH) needle.

Step 2: Move these two stitches back to the left-hand needle purlwise.

Step 3: Insert the RH needle into these two stitches through their back loops.

Step 4: Purl 2 together.
